Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account or contact support, we collect information such as your name, email address, and business details.
Affiliate program data. Managers add their affiliates to the Service, including the details affiliates need for invoicing (name, address, tax ID, bank account, commission terms). To attribute sales, we also process subscription events received from Apple and Google (such as transaction identifiers, amounts, and currencies). We do not receive the names or contact details of the app's end customers.
Automatically collected information. When you use the Service, we may collect device and usage information, such as browser type and IP address.
Payment information. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card details. Paddle's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, to process transactions and calculate commissions, to send transactional emails, to respond to support requests, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing of information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform, and only to the extent necessary:
- Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance, as Merchant of Record.
- Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, hosting, and infrastructure.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google Analytics — aggregated site-usage statistics on our marketing website.
These providers process data on our behalf and are obligated to protect your information. Within the Service, affiliate program figures are shown to the relevant manager and, in read-only aggregate form, to the respective affiliate. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request account deletion, contact us at the address below; we will process requests within 30 days.
6. International data transfers
We operate globally and your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. We take appropriate measures to protect your data regardless of where it is processed.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
