Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Affiliate Raccoon (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Navy Blue Digital LLC.

2. The Service

Affiliate Raccoon provides tools for subscription-app makers to run affiliate programs, including discount-code attribution, affiliate dashboards, commission tracking, and affiliate invoicing. You are responsible for approving and paying commissions to your affiliates. Commission figures shown in the Service are estimates based on store notifications and your configured platform fees.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service on behalf of a business, with the authority to bind that business to these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed per affiliate, per month, in advance, on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments, tax, and invoicing are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

  • Free trial: new subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial with full access. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged.
  • Fees are stated exclusive of tax, which is calculated at checkout.
  • Your plan adjusts on your next billing cycle when you change your affiliate count.
  • We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to violate the terms of any app store, the rights of others, or applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Navy Blue Digital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service. You retain ownership of the data you bring to the Service.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Cancelling during a free trial means you are never charged.

8. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. No refunds are provided after the 14-day window.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navy Blue Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
